BloodSTOP iX is a natural, biocompatible, skin-friendly, and animal-free product that stops bleeding, which resembles a conventional gauze.
Using a patented formulation, cotton cellulose is oxidized and etherified to produce a very absorbent, hydrophilic, water-soluble, and bio-resorbent matrix.
When applied intra-orally to a wound, BloodSTOP iX quickly absorbs blood and exudates and transforms into a gelatinous substance that seals the wound with a transparent protective layer. BloodSTOP iX promotes blood coagulation and wound healing.
The clear gel surface simplifies monitoring of hemostasis, allowing the doctor to focus on the patient without fearing involuntary bleeding.
