The two-piece Champions (R)Evolution is an endosseous, rotation-symmetrical implant that consists of titanium grade 4 (cold-formed). It can be placed in all maxillary and mandibular bone quality types (D1 – D4) with or without augmentation. The implant is placed in bone level or in 1-2 mm in a subcrestal position. Available in a wide range of diameters and lengths, these implants cover a wide range of indications. The implant is suitable for insertion in the long-term healed jaw bone (delayed implantation), delayed insertion (6–8 weeks after tooth extraction), immediate implantation (implantation directly after dental extraction - under certain conditions).
