For using the website of www.championsimplants.com (hereafter referred to as "Offer"), the following statements apply.
Access Data/Server-Logfiles

The provider (or his/her Webspace-provider) collects data for each access to the offer (so-called server-Logfiles). The access data include the following:

Name of the viewed website, file, date and time of the visit, transferred amount of data, notice of the successful visit, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the site visited before), IP-address, and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluation for the purpose of the operation, the security, and the optimization of the offer. The provider reserves the right to check the protocol data afterwards when concrete evidence justifies the suspicion of illegal use.
Integration of Third Party Services and Contents

It can happen that third party contents within this online offer such as videos of vimeo, YouTube, map material of Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds, or other graphics of other websites are integrated. This always requires the use of the IP-address of the users by the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers"). They cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user without the IP-address. The IP-address is, therefore, required for displaying such contents. We make every effort only to use the contents of which the respective provider uses the IP-address only to deliver the contents. However, we do not have influence on whether third party providers save the IP-address, for example for statistical purposes. As soon as we are aware of this, we notify the user.

On the other hand, they allow entering statistical data of the website use and analyzing them for the purpose of improving the offer. The users can influence the use of the Cookies. Most browsers have an option that can limit or completely avoid saving Cookies. However, the use and especially the comfort of use are limited without Cookies.
